Pre-market matchmaking
Tell us what you want to buy or sell. When there's a match, we'll let you know and make a confidential introduction in the pre-market.
For sellers: We start in the pre-market, then bring your property to a public listing if it hasn't sold yet, to reach more buyers.
For serious, qualified buyers: We present you the opportunity to purchase before the property goes public, without the public competition.
Plus weekly updates on new developments.
We're adding this community to the tracker. Projects will appear here as they're added on our regular update schedule.

New multifamily, retail, office, industrial and land developments across Ottawa and Eastern Ontario, from City development applications, building permits and plans of subdivision. For MLS® listings, use the MLS® Listing Tracker or ask Mitch for a Custom Market Watch.
Developments come from public City of Ottawa development applications and building permits; each project links to its official file or permit number.
Commercial and investment property: multifamily grouped by building size (2–5, 6–12, 13–36, 37–100 and over 100 units), retail, office, industrial, development land and plans of subdivision. We leave out single-family homes, freehold townhomes, residential condominiums and institutional uses like schools.
Weekly. New applications, permits and status changes are added on a regular schedule, and more towns across Eastern Ontario are being added over time.
Submitted means the City has received the application. Under review and public comment mean it is being circulated. Approved means a rezoning was passed or a site plan was approved; it does not guarantee a construction start date. Permit issued means a building permit has been granted and construction can start.
As a general guide, 1–5 unit residential buildings and commercial properties usually need about 25% down. Multifamily buildings with 6 or more units can often be financed with CMHC-insured mortgages, which typically need about 15% down. Your actual requirement depends on the lender, the property and your finances.
